Another project from my time at Christie & Co.  One task that is part of my job description, is to design information memorandums (IMs) for various sectors. These IMs are essentially digital brochures that are designed in-house that showcase all the key selling points of the property. In this example shown, Fulham Town Hall is a grade II listed building that is currently not in use. The developer is looking to convert the property into a multi-functional complex that includes a hotel, bars, theatre and restaurants. 

I was tasked to design an IM with a theme that exemplifies the look and feel of the existing building that also aligns with the vision the developers have for the future of Fulham Town Hall.
